Admin: Registered Members Unable To Receive Email

Members who are unable to receive email notifications

1. Please check your email spam folder to see if emails from BW is being filtered.

If it is not in your email spam folder.

2. Check you have the correct email address at the User CP - Email & Password.

3. Verify your notification options at the User CP - Notification Options.

4. Occasionally there were spams from our ISP and it may have resulted in them getting black-listed. Your email provider will need to white-list us to start receiving emails as part of their spam control policy.

If you believe this is the case after following the steps above, please send a pm to Bern (preferred) or HendryTan to troubleshoot.



Members who did not receive their validation email

1. Sometimes the validation email gets caught in your email Spam Folder, so do check there too.

2. To get BW to resend the validation email, login to BW.
At the TOP Right corner, there is a link to resend the validation email.

3. For confirmed members who change that email-id in your BW profile, the above validation process will be repeated.

8. For accounts that are NOT validated within a month, the system will automatically delete these unvalidated accounts.
