Go to HWZ EDMW and you can find zillions of posts about chio bus, mei meis together with crude remarks etc. If one's only perspective of sg guys is from that forum, then one would think all sg guys are desperate perverts? If I have a beef with any particular gay issue, it might be that many gays don't put in enough effort to make a relationship work. Perhaps the irony is that people throw in the towel too quickly because of the perception that there's so many else to pick from. And perhaps, the cloak of discreetness makes it easier (on the conscience) to leave someone. Watching the video about the old couple, I'm surprised that I can envision that happening. And I believe there are people who have lived through that. Whoever it is who have reached that stage of your love-life journey, both of you would have indeed lived a meaningful life.
