Apologies that the Blowingwind forum went offline at about 1:11 AM - 2:27 AM today, 30/5/2015.Reason: There was a suspicious surge in traffic to our forum. As a precaution our hosting site "Black-holed" (null route in network parlance) all the network traffic going to BlowingWind.2. Some of you guys may remember that we acquired a remote backup site in August 2013 which also doubles as a secondary host in the event of an outage such as this. We made the switch-over and are now running on our secondary option.3. As our secondary option is less performant in specifications (a way to save costs), our readers may experience some slowness and unwanted errors, especially during peak periods. Let me apologize for the inconvenience for the time being.4. We will be working with the host site to recover and ascertain what triggered such an incident.5. sphere Posted June 1, 2015 Report Share Posted June 1, 2015 It was rather lagged for the past few days (with error messages too) and kind of irritating eh.However, that said, I do know the admin team has been working real hard to resolve the issue/problem.Definitely appreciate all that, and a big credit goes to the team "behind the scene" for fixing the issue/problem over their well deserved break - weekend! Happy - is what we should be, always.
